If IEE evaluations still work with the test-out option. this could be an opportunity for those who's looking for a cheap and fast BA...
As far as we currently know, the certificate for the test-out option looks exactly the same as the certificate for the homework option.
This is my concern. Others have pointed out that their transcript no longer specifies how many ETCS credits they’ve completed. Now, some say this is due to the changes in Spanish education laws last year - we have yet to hear from others who’ve completed their degree in the traditional route to see if it’s only the test-out individuals who will no longer receives credits on their transcript.
If the change applies to all, it might impact evaluation at another NACES member without a partnership with ENEB.

If they're contacting the school to confirm transcripts plus already have a history of evaluating said school, I don't think the look of the transcript will change anything. Real diplomas look fake all the time - my school printed my official Bachelor's onto plain printer paper, called a language degree a philosophy degree, and the conferral date is indecipherable (17145 means 2017, 14th of May!)
Did you choose the test-out option for ENEB?

That’s interesting - many universities are offering Master’s without a thesis component. Sometimes it’s an externship/internship or a portfolio (mostly in design/art related fields).

I was sent a new transcript a week and a half ago that matches the one shared by dataneb. My graduation date was also changed. I vaguely remember an email from awhile ago saying ENEB was going to be issuing new degrees to everyone. It didn't specify anything about evaluation method; it was related to a change in Spain's laws regarding titulo propio degrees that was discussed in this thread. Based on what was said at the time everyone thought what was written on the degree would change to make it sound like a lesser degree and the transcript would remain the same. It appears to be the opposite.

Not true, at least for Sweden. You send your foreign credentials in to the pan-Sweden post-secondary Swedish academic admissions agency and all they want is the transcript and copy of the diploma, they will not accept copies of your assignments. They then decide what it is worth (categorize it into high school, trade school, remedial adult education, first-cycle or second-cycle credentials). It is written ON the transcript whether or not you had a final thesis, so if it is not written they will know there was none performed - no amount of homework will replace a final thesis. That said, some European countries including the UK have schools where there is no final thesis in a Master's degree, and I doubt Sweden is really denying them of those credentials. Sweden itself has the requirement that any university degree (including an Associate's) must include a final thesis, but Sweden accepted my American Associate's which did not have a final thesis, as a full degree. So as credentials itself, they will be accepted as "something".
It's true that most if not all Master's studies in Sweden require a Bachelor's in a similar subject, which also included a final thesis. So a titulo propio, without a final thesis, would not be accepted in admissions to the Master level. However that is a separate topic from having the degree itself be recognized as valid in general.

Yeah. I took the test in December 2023, so right when ENEB was changing its stuff.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs, JLPT N1.
In Progress: 1 WGU MA, 2 Mastercurssos, 3 more ENEB MAs, teacher license.

They didn't mention the test-out option at all in the main talk (unless it was in the first 5 minutes, which I missed as I was trying to figure out how the heck to enter the meeting - but that is unlikely). I didn't attend the Master Course afterwards which was apparently a Q&A session.
As far as we currently know, the certificate for the test-out option looks exactly the same as the certificate for the homework option. There is nothing written on the certificates saying how you completed the courses, so there is no way for IEE to tell who did which method unless, I guess, they directly contact ENEB to ask (assuming ENEB would even reveal or keep track of the information). Based on the tons of mistakes all FCEs make even in stuff like assuming NLP is computer programming instead of just checking the school's syllabus to see it is actually psychology, I doubt they are asking.
The certificate looks exactly the same, but my transcript looks a lot different that those I've seen from people before doing the "flexible" way, not the "agile".
I've added an anonymized screenshot. The grade are the same (e.g. "7.3") for all courses and there is no number of try, no ECTS in the header etc.
And regarding the quality of the document - it is a PDF but the header and footer looks somehow fuzzy, like it is an compressed image.
But look at the table of courses - the headline is also an image (you cannot highlight it with the mouse inside the original PDF), but the courses and grades written in the typewriter font are added to the PDF.
All in all, it looks like someone faked it. I' curious even if validential will evaluate this.
I asked ENEB regarding the weird looking transcript that is missing CALL Column (even though it is referred to in the bottom, which makes it look unprofessional, even), and other data from previous Transcripts. They responded they can't change it, lol.
Firstly, regarding the transcript format, we regret to inform you that we're unable to accommodate requests for format changes as our system generates transcripts in a standardized format according to university policies.

Interesting. In Belgium they won't evaluatue anything without a thesis for a master's, but that's also because they are very behind when it comes to international education systems.

There was no mention of the test-out option during the NUBI webinar.

Just to confirm and let everyone know. I contacted IEE and this is what the team lead told me.
Thank you for your inquiry. While IEE does have a partnership with ENEB, that does not change how we view the Títulos Propios issued by the school. Títulos Propios master's degrees are university-specific programs that fall outside of the formal academic structure in Spain and are not recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education, nor do they grant access to doctoral programs. For these reasons, IEE considers Títulos Propios degrees issued by recongized degree-granting universities to be equivalent to graduate certificates in the US, including those issued by ENEB / Universidad Isabel I.

According to those who attended the NUBI session, ENEB claimed their degrees will be evaluated as an (regionally?) accredited bachelor’s under their new partnership with IEE.
If your communication with IEE had taken place before the NUBI event, it would still make sense as IEE had previously given graduate certificate evaluations.
If you spoke to IEE after ENEB’s event and that’s their official response, it really calls into question the operations of ENEB.

It was after the ENEB event. I emailed them the same day after the ENEB event and received a response this morning.

ENEB claims a partnership with WES too but that just means that they are signed up for a digital portal to receive documents: https://www.wes.org/digital-partnership-form/
I believe the partnership with IEE is the same, except there may be a discount offered now: https://access.myiee.org/
I think people need to stop taking "partnerships" with evaluators seriously. Properly accredited evaluators will always work at arms-length from the business side, that may work to build secure document sharing portals with "partner" institutions. A partnership only just means that it's easier to get stuff done.
ENEB has misrepresented these partnerships before, and I think it is very silly to take these claims at face-value.
