Yup, the use case of an ENEB degree has shifted over the past few months. For majority of the Europeans, the lifelong degree is unaffected since it was not a "officlal" degree to begin with.}
For North Americans, barring any outdates from Validential, ENEB will be utilized for get a RA Bachelor degree after getting evaluated as a Bachelor.
Validential's the only hope to still apply for niche programs in selected group of universities for Masters or Doctor?

Wait, so Validential is now evaluating these ENEB as RA equivalent Bachelors and not as Ra equivalent Masters? That's strange... When did that change, just this or last month?

Validential's the only hope to still apply for niche programs in selected group of universities for Masters or Doctor? This is the first hearing; however, have not seen any documentation confirming it. If true, the sweet spot for ENEB seems to have been early 2023, as so much has happened, muddying up the waters a bit. There is still significant value when considering the cost and transfer value to TESU, Excelsior University, and possibly other RA universities.
ENEB, as a TV series, continues to get renewed with new topics.

There is a difference between a GPA of 0 and a GPA which the foreign credit evaluator claims they can't score. Any GPA of 0 is easily refuted by showing the original transcript to the school you are applying for and proving you did get a grade and credits for those classes - the original grades should have been included in the official FCE report as well. Additionally, if it were a true 0 GPA, you would not the evaluation result of a finished degree because 0 would mean a fail.
I have a European Bachelor's, which used a pass/fail system, and the country has official ways to translating those grades to the American A B C system. WES USA did not follow the country's recommendations for grade equivalency, and instead stated my GPA could not be evaluated, thus the GPA ended up as an asterisk or 0 for each pass/fail course, in the "US equivalent" column next to the column full of my original grades. There is literally a sentence in the official report stating the GPA could not be evaluated. But that "0" or "*" GPA did not stop me from being able to use the degree to get into two US schools at the Master's level.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs, JLPT N1.
In Progress: 1 WGU MA, 2 Mastercurssos, 3 more ENEB MAs, teacher license.

This is the new version of the ECE assessment, which has always been equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, not a Master's degree.

@Xin, Thanks, I've removed the picture, it has your info on it... Anyways, you're referring to ECE, I was referring to the post above in #2495 about Validential, that has always been RA Masters (Non NACES member though)

FYI I had a round of evaluations done for my MBA and MHRM ENEB programs via the Isabel I credentials in February. Validential is still giving US RA equivalent as a dual masters, IEE is giving recognition of a US accredited graduate certificate (oddly, in Human Resources only, they seemed to ignore the “MBA” bit), ECE is still giving US equivalent dual bachelors degrees in business administration and HR management, and newly to the mix, SpanTran is giving “Completion of a graduate-level program of study of business administration and human resources management.”

Hmm, Interesting, SpanTran is giving grad credits? Hmm, that's another win for NACES options!?

Anyone else got an email that says ENEB is looking for Class Presidents in your country?
