Other countries don't use the same terms as the US, but someone getting their degree evaluated by a US evaluation company would want the equivalent of an RA degree - as opposed to a non-accredited degree.

@Lydclrk, Yes, RA = Regionally Accredited. For the particular UCN degree in the thread, you want to wait for the 'dust to clear', as there are issues with the government recognizing the institutions in that part of the world. I would research comparable options at the graduate level in other countries of interest, you may want to search the grad area for possible programs.
