@Lydclrk, Yes, RA = Regionally Accredited. For the particular UCN degree in the thread, you want to wait for the 'dust to clear', as there are issues with the government recognizing the institutions in that part of the world. I would research comparable options at the graduate level in other countries of interest, you may want to search the grad area for possible programs.
