Yup, yet another online public Mexican university! The UVEG is gaining so much popularity that other states are opening their own online state schools, and the UNIVIM has very affordable degrees that seem to be comparable in price as the UVEG.
The UNIVIM has some degrees that I have seldom ever seen being offered online, so perhaps there are students that could benefit from going here.
Bachelors degrees:
3 year degrees
Public Administration
Sports culture and fitness
Cooperation (Might be a Psychology related degree?)
Law and Juridic studies
Education with inclusion focus
Gender studies
Public safety and citizen attention

4 year degrees
Educational planning and evaluation
Herbolary and Phytotherapy (seems like an adjacent homeopathic degree but not medicine per se)
Agroindustial development Engineering

Classes seem to open I think twice a year and need at least 35 applicants. Classooms maximum 70 students prioritized based on a first serve sign up basis. Everyone does a propedeutic introduction course for 240 MXN (13 USD). Their schedule seem to be Sept-Dec, I will assume the spring term is also 4 months long. Non mexicans pay around 840 MXN additional fee.

Documents needed to sign up for bachelors:
Birth certificate
Highschool grades. Both birth certificates and highschool degrees from abroad need apostille and Spanish translation.
1 black and white photo
Photo ID (INE voting card/passport)
Proof of address like a utility bill
Curp (or foreign national ID equivalent)

Masters degrees:

Access to information, transparency and anti corruption
Public administration and digital government
Productivity quality
Educational competencies for educational action
Communications
Physical culture (sports fitness)
Juridical defense and human rights
Organizational human development
Science education (teaching degree focused on science)
Quality and business management
Management and environment evaluation

Alternative media of solving controversies (not sure if this is law degree or audiovisual)

Educational teaching for tranversality of gender (I think it is teaching with gender studies focus)

Sign up for masters seems to be similar as bachelors. Their propedeutic course costs 1932 mxn (102 USD). This payment can be done at a bancomer bank. Not sure if they can let you do that payment via bancomer app or credit card.

Masters have inscriptions 5804 mxn (306 USD) I suppose twice a year. Like bachelors, masters students are charged 200 mxn a month to use the online platform.

Doctorates

Doctorates need 10 students to sign up each semester to open the class. Propedeutic course costs 1933 mxn (102 USD). The monthly fee to use the website is 200 mxn just like the other degrees. Doctorate has an inscription cost of 11,048 MXN (583 USD), I will presume this expense is every 6 months.

Instructional designers (not sure if this is IT related degree)

Signs ups 3 times a year in February, May and August.

Certificate programs require birth certificate, photo ID and curp (or the ID number equivalent for foreigners)

Costs 200 mxn a month to use the platform plus the propedeutic course 1932 mxn, inscription fee of 5800 MXN and a 594 MXN fee for the diploma. Payments via bancomer. Certificate programs give 16 hours per week, seems like they have an average 4 modules.

The school also offers a short degree in Mexican sign language for the same costs as their masters.

Other interesting degrees that I think are treated somewhat similarly as certificates are courses in mezcal production, english-spanish translation, digital journalism, anticorruption, peace culture, data protection, environmental impact, math teaching, chemistry teaching, physics teaching, and sustainable development among some other courses.

Giving a bit of an update for this school because they just opened an additional 5 masters degrees programs:

Healthcare clinic management
Dental clinic management
Management of the patient as primary focus
Hospital architecture (aimed at both architects and general healthcare workers)
Disaster emergency medicine (focuses on things like severity of forest fires, safe management of radioactive material, etc, aimed at healthcare workers, firefighters, cops and military)

These new masters are a cooperation between the university and a Spanish website focusing on healthcare microcredentials for continuous education called Alebat Education.

There doesn't seem to be much info about how long these 5 new programs are, they only have a numeric list of the courses for the degree, I checked the Alebat website and some of these courses are quick 4-8 hour video mini courses, so I don't know how rigurous they will be for the masters. But they all have a DGP number which I assume is something similar to a RVOE.
Chances are the university will open a few other masters such as pharmachology clinic and AI because the Alebat website is planning to open those courses soon.

How can this be confirmed if the Doctor Degrees are in english and non-max or usa residents cantake admission with maxican roots.?

This is a mexican StateU online university, their website doesn't seem to specify what is needed for foreigners (probably because they are not as well known as the Guanajuato school which has ample experience with Ecuadorean students).

You'd probably have to ask if they accept US passports as a valid ID, they will probably do and need Spanish translations with apostille of highschool or college degrees. Everything will be in Spanish. If you have Mexican ancestry, even if it is very distant, you qualify for citizenship and could start the process at the closest embassy or consulate showing a copy of the birth certificate of your ancestor. The tricky part might be to get a CURP abroad, but as a citizen, it should be possible.
