For those who have completed ASU Universal Learner courses, how long did it take to get your grade?
My son took the final for his 8 week course on the 3rd of this month and 2 weeks later still no grade.
Everything I've read is that the professors have to have their grades in within 48 hours of final exams...
Does anyone know if it's the same for the Universal Learner courses?
And if so, who do we contact to get the grade so that we can pay for the course and order a transcript?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA.

Assignments generally get graded within 2-10 days, depending on the course and instructors/TAs. Exams, however, are different. In my experience, my exam scores would generally be reflected in the gradebook instantly. I would have to wait several days or a week for my proctoring session to be approved before my grades were finalized though. What specific course are you referring to?
At this point, I'd recommend reaching out to support via ulcourses@asu.edu to check the status. Many courses also have a forum section setup for student-instructor communications, which is another avenue to pursue.

I had an issue where the final exam grades were not submitted in time by the deadline and it appeared that I almost failed the class when I had been trending with an A. Several of the students posted in the forum and they graded the exams quickly and had our final grades amended.

You cannot order transcripts until grades are submitted.
My son called ASU to ask and they said that they would be posted by 10 am tomorrow.
We will see if that is the case.
Why it took over 2 weeks to finalize grades, I will never know.
My son is in the, "Under 20 years of age" group and has to wait to officially be registered with TESU until this course is transferred in.
It put a kink in our plans but we adjusted and he is continuing to earn credit via other means.
His College Board and Prometric transcripts and the other 2 college courses he took have been transferred in already so he should have a pretty complete picture of where he stands once that college course gets transferred in.
TESU said they would hold his evaluation until after they received the course credit.
Thank you everyone for your responses.
