DSST test strategy

Quick question here. (I did a search and couldn't readily find the answer.)

I'm about to take my first DSST exam. I understand these test generally differ from CLEP exams in that they offer 4 answer selections rather than five. Beyond that, are there any other differences I should prepare for? I'm assuming I should always select an answer as I would with a CLEP exam. (Unlike GRE exams where one gets dinged for a wrong answer.)

fyi-Just passed the CLEP American Gov test today and I'm feeling pretty positive.

Not really any differences. They're very similar. I actually like the DSST screen and format a little better than the CLEP screen.

I concur with the other comment. I like DSST better and I actually find DSST to be a bit easier.

I have done better on my dsst's than some of my clep's but that could just be subject related. 4 answers instead of 5 improves your odds right off the bat. Good luck.
