Hello,
I started to take English composition II on Sophia three months ago, and it took me almost two and half months to get to module 3-2. I recently got a 87/100 for the 3-2 research paper, but the grader late adjusted the score to 23/100 due to minor citation error. I followed closely to the feedback, but the grader kept on finding ways to deduct points. I had a drop out the class after spending two and half months on this class. I would definitely suggest to stay away from this class on Sophia. The grader was not reasonable, and they do not follow the rubrics at all. You can get a 0% for a minor citation error.
I am considering taking ENG COMPO II on study.com, but I want to be able to finish it within a month. Have anyone taken this class before? Please let me know if it is possible to finish this class within one month, and if it is possible to submit multiple assignment at the same time?

If you can write papers quickly: yes. Unlike Sophia, the SDC papers don't rely on one another for grades. So you can submit everything as soon as you finish it. You don't even need an active subscription to get your grades back. For instance, you submit your final paper on the last day of your subscription month. You do NOT have to renew your subscription in order to receive a grade and send the SDC transcript to your school.

Assuming that you have finished all of the quizzes before your subscription period runs out. So you should concentrate on getting those completed first, and then you can submit your papers any time after that.

*all the quizzes and exam
As the other have said, all the papers can be handed in after those are done. I wouldn't recommend waiting to the very end, but it is good to know that it is an option if you get close on time within the subscription month.
I took Comp II through SDC and found it pretty straight forward. I think there is an extra paper now, but no matter; follow the assignment rubric and you should be good.

Hey,
Thanks for the replies, I really appreciate it. And yes, I have written countless academic essays before, I am write a 10 - 20 research article in a day to two, so I am pretty sure I can submit most of the assignments in a week or so. Lastly, will I be able to submit multiple assignments at once?
Thanks,
K

Yes. You can submit them all at the same time if you wish, you do not have to wait for one to be graded before submitting the next.

I would guess that you could finish in one day. You seem to have the requisite knowledge, so I recommend ignoring the material as much as possible to progress quickly through the course. Only answer the quiz questions, noting the correct answers so that you can immediately retake any quiz that's less than 100%. The goal is to get 100% on every quiz within the first three attempts. If you block out enough time to complete all the quizzes without stopping, then you should be able to immediately take the final and get a good grade. Then start knocking out writing assignments until you're done.

Pace yourself, people work at different speeds, your assignments will be something similar to what Sophia.org has for you, the grading time might be the major difference. If it takes you 3 months to write for Sophia.org, it'll most likely take the same amount of time to write for Study.com... Assignments are the main thing that people take their time with to make sure all the rubrics are followed properly...
