The University of Texas at Austin, one of the nation’s leading computer science schools, said on Thursday that it was starting a large-scale, low-cost online Master of Science degree program in artificial intelligence.

I don't see any mention of 2U or other OPM providers.

Hopefully they keep the pricing at 10K, there seems to be so many changes going on at 2U/edx recently. To be on the safe side, I would recommend applying to Georgia Tech offerings as well, and maybe even another backup option just in case you don't get into either as these are somewhat competitive.
