Under the Data Science FAQ they say that the diploma will read exactly as that of an on-campus graduate.
I don't see any mention of 2U or other OPM providers.

Hopefully they keep the pricing at 10K, there seems to be so many changes going on at 2U/edx recently. To be on the safe side, I would recommend applying to Georgia Tech offerings as well, and maybe even another backup option just in case you don't get into either as these are somewhat competitive.
