So, none of my Sophia badges themselves show an ACE logo on the dashboard, but if you view your transcript while sending it, you can see that they will show two badges, an institution badge and an ACE badge. All of my recent credits have both badges. It’s the ones I have from 2015 that I’m seeing only one badge. Still waiting to hear back from Credly (support is closed on the weekends) so hoping to hear back tomorrow (Monday). I sent them all the evidence they should need, so with any luck it’s a simple fix.

Yes, this is an issue I've had to fight through several times. Each Credly badge needs to have an ACE endorsement, otherwise TESU does not know how to map it to the ACE recommendations and cannot award credit. When you view the details page for each individual badge, there should be an endorsement from the American Council on Education near the bottom. I'd also recommend sending a copy of your Credly transcript to yourself, as the PDF will show the exact ACE code attached to each badge. If anything is missing or wrong, contact both Credly and the badge issuer linking to both the public badge view and the associated ACE CREDIT page.

Hi there,
Try Sophia instead. I emailed Credly twice and did not get any response. I emailed Sophia yesterday and got the problem fixed immediately!
They said "Sometimes there are issues with the ACE Badges".
But at least it is fixed. Hope this helps!

Credly responded and told me to contact the providers.

I’ve contacted both Credly and both institutions and while they were all very nice and seemed willing to help (“updated” my badges) it ultimately hasn’t fixed the problem. I tried resending my transcript to TESU by putting the ACE links in the notes section but they rejected them again. I’m thinking my next move is to contact TESU directly and try to speak to someone? The classes are clearly recommended by ACE, but they won’t issue the credit due to this silly technical snafu.

I don't see TESU doing anything. They're relying on the transcript to tell them the course is ACE recommended and the transcript is saying it's not. This probably has to be resolved between the providers and Credly.

Thanks. That’s unfortunate. Not sure why a human can’t use the ACE link to verify the credit recommendation (the evidence is attached to the badge, it’s just missing the actual endorsement). I really don’t want to retake these classes. And it may not seem like much, it’s 9 credits, but I’m still pretty early on in my journey so this sadly reduces my progress by 20%. But I will keep trying! I’m not giving up hope just yet.

I agree, but I would just keep going back to the course providers to fix this. You can't be the only one with this problem!! It's not like they're making a special incorrect badge just for you, so there's some sort of glitch that needs to get fixed for everyone.

Keep replying to your support threads with Credly and the badge issuers. Emphasize that the issue is still unresolved, you've tried following up with the other party, and that you would like the case to be escalated. Eventually, you will reach someone with the knowledge and power to fix the problem.
