E-Pack courses

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some information about a final E-pack exam. I am currently taking the quizzes for Psychology of Personality, and I'm getting a little nervous concerning their suggestion about not memorizing the answers to the quiz questions. Do you think that the final exam reflects the quiz questions in any way? I'll be happy to hear from anyone who has taken any E-pack in any subject area, because I feel that the process would be similar. Thanks

I think the ePack and TECEP exams are identical, except one costs a lot more money and counts towards residency and the other only gives credits. But, even so, I can't really help you there. I didn't exactly study for the one TECEP I took.

Thanks, that helps a little. I took the TECEP Abnormal Psychology last year and it was very book specific, so may the E-pack is very specific to the quizzes. They probably just don't want you to memorize the answers without really reading the questions carefully. I hope

Easier said than done when one cannot help memorizing even when not trying.

Just do your best and use the suggested textbooks and resources, if you happen to memorize the answers and then the quizzes have the same questions and answers it is not really your fault, it is at your discretion and cannot be penalized, in the end part of learning something is also remembering what you read and recalling it when needed.

I took two e-Pack courses at TESU, in my quest to have both at least 16 residency credits and ready to graduate with only one degree if needed at any time. I wound up with 22 TESU residency credits and a dual Area of Study as I really wanted.

I took Thanatology: Death and Dying and Introduction to Counseling. For both of these courses, the exam questions were phrased in a way negative or least factor when the quiz questions were phrased positively or the most contributing factor and vice versa. So if you wind up memorizing the quiz questions, it's ok, just read the EXAM questions very carefully. Yes, I passed both exams. :-D

I am a TESU Liberal Arts student with 21 credits to go. I've taken TES 100,and an Abnormal Psy. TECEP. I have 4 more E-packs and a capstone to go.
After that, I'm looking forward to substituting as a Guest teacher in my school district. Thanks again for your help.

I don't see how taking these epacks are any faster than taking the course?

A near 100% pass rate if you take the regular course versus who knows 75% to 90% passing odds each epack test.

With the course, you have to do a bunch of assignments. With ePacks, you can just do the "final exam" and then concentrate on the non-ePack courses.

I read the chapter in the assigned book, took the appropriate quiz, and restudied anything I didn't get correct, until I was at least 90% on every chapter quiz, usually closer to 95-100%. 

I did not put as much effort into Thanatology as I did into the Counseling exam and it shows. See my signature. However, I was taking the Capstone course at the same time, and I put more effort into the OL online capstone and the extra guided study history course. I got A+ in the online and guided study courses, and 80 on Thanatology when 65% was passing. I took the UExcel exam in Social Psychology a week later than the Thanatology and got an A in that.
