Hi,
I'm a prospective student here, and I'm trying to max out credits before starting WGU full time, I also work full time so I'm trying to get the best bang for my buck.
These are the courses that I need to complete if you can provide some direction on where to get the credits such as sophia.org, study.com, SL, etc.
C168 - Critical Thinking and Logic
C255 - Introduction to Geography
C165 - Integrated Physical Sciences
C961 - Ethics in Technology
C955 - Applied Probability and Statistics
C455 - English Composition I
C464 - Introduction to Communication
C957 - Applied Algebra
C963 - American Politics and the US Constitution
C456 - English Composition II
C768 - Technical Communication
C844 - Emerging Technologies in Cybersecurity

Are those all the courses you have left to finish for your degree, or just the ones left after taking into account the 30+ credits you must take from WGU and any non-transferable courses?
For the most part, you should be able to go on the WGU website to find the course equivalencies that they accept from places like Study.com and Straighterline. I don't know if they have a list published for Sophia or not, but if they don't, Sophia may have its own list.
Once you have a list of courses you plan to take, you can work with your admissions counselor to send them to the evaluations team to verify that they still accept the courses towards the competencies you're planning to meet via course transfer. Also remember that all transcripts need to arrive at WGU by the first of the month before the start of your first term. Once your term begins you will no longer be allowed to transfer in any additional courses.
