Hey everyone,
I graduated last year from TESU with a bachelor's in general management. I'm currently working on getting accepted into an MBA program at West Texas A&M. That being said, I've been thinking about doing a career change, and noticed WGU has a lot of good looking online IT options.
Has anyone here gotten a second bachelors degree from WGU? If so, what was their credit transfer policy for those who have already graduated? I was snooping around and someone mentioned (not on this site), that I could get a second bachelors degree from WGU basically by taking the core classes (at least 30 credits worth). Cost efficiency is a big plus for WGU as well which would make this very viable if possible. In theory, I should be able to knock out a second bachelors degree for less than $3000 (one term). I'm hoping to speak with an advisor on Monday for the official answer, but I know quite a number of you here have gone to WGU. Also, for those that have done this, was WGU okay with CLEP/DSST/Straighterline/Aleks/ETC?
Thanks! I'll report back on Monday or Tuesday when I get the official answer on the subject.
