Fast Turnaround from CMS Learn for Quantitative Literacy
#31
Depends on your major. If you are trying to fulfill Intellectual skills math requirement it counts as if it were algebra or stats or any other math (math is math is math). For most BALS degrees this enough. However if you are pursuing BA in Psych or a BS in anything there is more math to be taken. For Psych it is statistics...then you will have to take stats or whatever your degree requires

Forgive me if this was covered, but does anyone know what CSMLearn comes in as at COSC?

An advisor told me the same. For a BSBA at TESU I don't think you can use CSM to meet the college algebra requirement. I've seen posts on this forum talking about it, but I've never seen a confirmed case.

Here is what I believe is the case with CSM based on my experience and what I've seen on the forum (someone correct me if I'm wrong):

BALS (or any TESU BA) ---> CSM will count for the math requirement in gen eds
BA Psych ---> will count for the gen ed math requirement however it will not count for required stats
BSBA ----> will count for the statistics requirement but not the college algebra requirement
ANSM math ---> will count as one of math courses for the aos

COSC it comes in as a liberal arts elective.

Good to know, I wanted to use it for that. What's the easiest option for filling College Algebra or QBA?  I took Discrete Math way back when, but I don't think that's going to count.
