I've initially applied and evaluated for BSBA-CIS. Now, I would like to enroll in BS IT. What is the procedure to apply for reevaluation?

Just shoot an email to advising. Or, if you're not yet enrolled, give them a call.

If you are an enrolled student, just go to OSS, open your academic evaluation, and select the option that reads somewhat like ‘what if I were to choose a different program.’ That would give you a ‘mock evaluation’ of whatever you have completed thus far, and how it would apply to your new program. After that, shoot an email, or give a call to your academic advisor to lock-in your new program.

Thanks, Is there any specific email id?
If I send ACE transcript, will they evaluate that too?

BTW, If you would prefer it, you can ask them to ADD the BSIT instead of asking them to switch. Both degrees will appear in the student portal and you can work on whichever one you want going forward.

When you apply to TESU, you get two academic evaluations. You can send in all your transcripts after you complete the majority of them to TESU. The main courses you want to take at TESU are the Capstone/Cornerstone. I would do everything in ACE/NCCRS and then send them over in one transcript. BTW, I would also recommend just adding the BSIT onto your current programs list.
