Hey Guys,
I decided to give Penn a try and got in with:
BSBA general management
Associate in CS
no GRE
GPA 4.0 (only 1 course)
They said they would keep admission to 10%, no way to know if it is true at this point, in the webinar they said to put a lot of focus on what you want to do with the degree, I really pushed the envelop there...
There is a thread on reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/mcitonline/comm...ring_2019/) and it seems they rejected quite a few people with much better academic credentials... not the first to say this here, put a lot of focus on your personal statement and recommendations!!

They might even have liked that you did your undergrad degree online. It should improve the chance that you'll graduate from their program.

That's quite possible, I did speak about my experience with tesu in my essay.
Now I got a hard choice to make, the program is quite expensive and I got a new position at work that I'm not sure I can combine with a regular study schedule. Staying with a competency-based program might be a safer bet for me.

Would your employer be willing to help with tuition?
What if you did the UPenn courses part time(1 per semester instead of 2)?
