Toastmaster Wrote:Does anyone know how this comes into TESU's BSBA yet? I need literally .5 Gen Ed credits, and I'm hoping I can stick this there, LOL (That, or try to get a waiver, if that's possible) It comes in as HRM-299, so not a Gen Ed unfortunately. How about a Saylor course? Human Communication, Environmental Ethics, Psychology, Western Political Thought, Computer Science?

Thank you! I'll have to do something. I can't let point 5 (.5) credits stop me!

What happened is that because TESU Waived the Cornerstone requirement (1 credit), they just moved the 1 credit space to the Gen Ed section. Now all of a sudden, I need a half of a Gen Ed credit out of the blue (to me) lol.

Any 3 credit gen ed that is not a duplicate of what you have already taken should work. Saylor has a few. DSST/CLEP if you have a testing center near you.

Toastmaster, I noticed you have 5 courses from Study.com, use up the last course on something for General Ed... unless you need that for something else.

Just wanted to chime in on the free, 1-credit Sophia course. I went through it this afternoon. Showed up pending on ACE right away, and approved within minutes.
Got a $50 discount code at completion. IF I can get the TESU and $50 discounts, I will definitely be taking Project Management through Sophia in the next few weeks. Oh, 85%. Took about 50 minutes.

Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:

So I started the night off with bombing the final for Principles of Management on saylor. Then I took this course on Sophia and felt totally reinvigorated. Took me about 20 minutes total and I finished with 15/15 on the milestone. I love the layout and if I can afford it, I'll definitely take more on Sophia.
What a major difference between Sophia and Saylor. Saylor made me feel like a dumb dumb and Sophia made me feel like a prince! |
