Need help with constructing a full path to B.A in Psychology - TESU.
#51
For the TEEX courses, you can use the one in Gen Ed Electives, so there's no waiver required. I don't think you can use it in as the Computers requirement in the Core, although I'm not sure on that. I'm sure if they put it there, they would give you a waiver for the other credit, but the problem there is that they will then require 1 additional credit in the AOS or core - not at all helpful! So you really don't want to use it there, when there are better options for it.

Using a waiver up in the Gen Eds is an easy one, but using it in the Core/AOS would be super complicated (you'd need an additional course).

The 2 free NFA courses are still accepted as well (1cr each).

I think for now only one of the TEEX course would fit, because it goes into the Gen Ed electives group and that's the Cybersecurity for Business Professionals, it will transfer over as CIS-344. I have 9cr AOS electives required, and it has a specific list of accepted course, also below it there's another 6cr electives, but it doesn't specify if it's free electives or or core electives. Take a look and tell me if you have a better understanding than I do of these requirements.

BSBA in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management Program

Hopefully, you have more and better recommendations regarding the list of courses. Also, I would like to work wiith you in structuring a plan a more definite one, for each required course and also which course and where to take it. If you're willing to help more, would also like KayV to also chip in for the courses on the above link, so I can come have a final list and plan drawn up. Anyone else can also give their recommendations, I'm ready to move deeper into the whole process. Right now, I'm almost done with Aleks, and then the next month will be for Shmoop for the History courses.

Thank guys, you all are wonderful.

I would not use the TEEX course in the Core, because then you would have to take an additional course in the AOS to make up for the 1cr. Not worth it.

TESU lists courses for the AOS Electives, but they are a guide, not the only courses you can take. I have my generic spreadsheet for the BSBA HR degree, but I don't think I have ALL of the courses that are available (I didn't include UExcel or all of the CSU-Global courses for instance). But it's a good start.

Here's what it says on TESU's website underneath the degree:

Note 1: This list of subjects is offered as a guide. Other subjects may also be considered appropriate for this major area of study.

If you don't mind sharing you spreedsheet, then it might help shed some more lights on which route to take and what other courses to consider. I'll just have to fill up the ones you left out, but it's a good place to start for me. I know most of your credits were earned through CC and other sources. But, you have a definite knowledge of what courses will fulfill some requirements. So, will definitely welcome your spreedsheet.

Thanks, will edit and post here, so you can give me any recommendation on where to get this courses, I know others too will, there are some very nice people of this forum, and the support from those people have been huge, and that's why I try to contribute whenever I can.

I wouldn't be able to work on it soonest, working on Alek's Statistics right now, started with a meager 25% which is shity, but I guess I'm feeling the stress of staring at the pc for almost 18-20 hours everyday, did two course yesterday and today I started the Stats at noon, with migraine, despite been up 6.30 am, got ibuprofen and laid there till its tolerable. Shit happenes to me when I'm putting to much of my brain processes into action at all time, most of the time studying, had the problem all my life.

Weird, but I'm kinda finding it easy, even easier than some sections in the college algebra.

Done with Beginning Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, PreCalculus and Intro to Statistics. I know, for a fact that College Algebra and Intro to Statistics fail into the Quantitative Literacy and Mathematics requirement for my degree plan. I'm also done with The Institutes Ethics, almost done with TEEX Cyber Security for Professionals.

So, right now I'm looking into Shmoop for 3 History courses for 9 credits and I just want to be sure, all thise are still accepted by TESU for the Knowledge of Human Cultures requirements. I need clarification because this is what I got planned up for The next month, will cancel Aleks subcription tomorow, sign up for Shmoop and start up by monday.

That is weird - but it is in many way opposite of algebra so that makes sense.

Good job on everything you have done already
