Thanks for all the help everyone!
One last question ( Ha... right): I'm kind of nervous about the limit of 90 transfer credits from one source. So, I know that I have 6 credits from my local CC transferring in. And I'll have to take at least one TECEP for the capstone. So I need to find 21 credits in a method other than ACE. With SL being a partner with TESU, do they send in my completed courses directly, or do I need to have those classes added to my ACE transcript as well?

I am 99% sure that it's a maximum of 90 credits per ACE source. So you can do 90 from SL and 30 from Saylor, for example.
And if you're nervous, and you've already applied, you can open a ticket with them to verify.
EDIT: Or it looks like there's a request for more information form at the bottom of this page:

ACE is not a source of credit - each individual course provider is considered a source of credit on your ACE transcript. So you could bring in 117cr all from ACE, as long as only 90cr are from one particular provider (like SL).

PERFECT. Then I'll be fine since I've already got over 30 credits from other sources. Thanks!

CLEP and DSST do not go through ACE so they are also not from that source

You CAN put your CLEP and DSST exams on your ACE transcript. But, again, even if you did, ACE is not a "source", so it doesn't matter.

I don't see the advantage of putting CLEP/DSST on an ACE transcript, everyone wanted transcripts from granting institution not just ACE.
