So it happened to me finally. I registered for the PF course around the first of of June and completed it before the end of July however by the time the paper was graded it didn't post to ACE until July 12. I received notification that TESU had received the transcript on the 15th of July and today hot notification that I had a new update. Well, it appears the course is coming in as Bus. 480 seminar or something. I guess the next step is to email the Assisyant dean agin and go from there? Has anyone else had this happen in the past couple of days with different results? Feeling defeated, but won't give up as of yet.

Another user, nnahh, recently posted about having this course transfer in as BUS-480 too, but after he e-mailed registrar@tesu.edu this was corrected.

So for those who did not finish the course prior to July, they can now take it and receive UL credit for it as BUS-480? And it will fit into the Gen Management AOS?

Mines had come in as a free elective, BUS-480 Seminars in Business, even though I had 4 empty slots in my AOS/Specialization for a business course. Unsure if they would've moved it had it not been changed in my case.

I've emailed the registrar and waiting a response. I don't think it necessarily had to completed by July 1st, just somewhere around there according to my correspondence with the Asst Dean of the Business school. Who knows what they will define as a reasonable amount of time after July 1st. In my case I registered at the first of June, completed all the webinars, turned in the paper around June 20th and received a final grade on July 12 and sent off the ACE transcript that was received by TESU on the 15th of July. What sucks is there never is and still is no official word on their website or in any handbook from what I have saw in case I missed it.

You can expect to hear back Monday morning. Don't worry, they should definitely end up putting it under your Strategic Management requirement, as they did the same for nnahh very recently.

The "official" statement I received from them said I just had to have *started* the course by July 1. I enrolled June 6th, finished it on July 17th. It's on my ACE transcript but I haven't sent it in to TESU yet as I have another PF course, two SL courses, and two Saylor courses in progress right now. I'll wait until at least those are finished before paying to send in another transcript, just to get this issue taken care of before everyone there forgets about it.

I just got an email back from Kristin in the registrar office. She basically stated it was an oversight on there part and it's now reflected on my evaluation as Strategic Management. I'm glad that's taken care of. I now only need Principles of Finance and the International Business course from PF to have that section complete on my evaluation. Combine that with English Comp II, another 3 credits in the Personal/Social Reaponsibility area and 18 credits in my AOS, and the 1 credit I need in Business electives and I'll be done with the BSBA in CIS.

For the AOS of CIS I'd really recommend taking a look at TEEX courses for cyber security. They're free and not too difficult to grasp.
TESU March 2020 Graduation
--ASNSM Mathematics
--BSBA Accounting
--BA Computer Science
University of Alaska Fairbanks (December 2021 Graduation Goal)
--MBA (2/10 : 4.0)
I started this journey in the summer of 2016. I hoped to be done sooner, but I am still proud of the rate at which I have gotten my schooling done with respect to the many months of military training and deployments I have undergone.

Did they clarify that the oversight was due to them not noticing you enrolled in the course prior to July, or was the oversight that it shouldn't have been transcribed like that to begin with?
Just curious if it is *official* that the Penn Foster course no longer covers the capstone.
