I emailed my teachers at CSN requesting a letter of recommendation. I had two respond that they would be glad to write one, but now it seems like I can't get ahold of them. Should I provide them a pre written one? Or is this something they usually produce on their own?

Are they maybe off for a hiatus between semesters? I would never suggest a pre written LOR and I would never use one. I don't think many people would. How long have you been trying to get ahold of them?

Were your teachers adjuncts? You might check to see if they are still with the college. If they are no longer there, they might not even have access to school email.
If they are no longer there, you could contact the department chair to ask how to go about getting a recommendation. They might be able to provide you with a current email.

A valid point point. I will hit the phone next week and push for results.
