Just wanted to ask if there is a way to edit your post after the time out on editing happens?

I've always tried editing things pretty much right away when I spot my mistake...
I think the editing feature, it ends a few hours to a day or so afterwards...
The only way to delete or modify the post would most likely through a moderator
