Is there a correlation between incarceration and foster care kids who age out of the system in states with good programs for kids who are 18+, and those that don't?

I have no ideas, but as someone that is having to sprint to the finish line ( for me, I knew exactly what I wanted to do..but I am weird), I am sure you will do well whatever you choose.

I knew what I wanted to do until a couple of professors told me that it wouldn't be approved.

Don't have an idea for a specific topic, but human trafficking is an area garnering a lot of interest.

Thanks. I'm at an American school, so having a dissertation proposal is not required until you finish the coursework and any comprehensive exams.
