Thinking about a BA in Biology from TESC.

Testing out does not usually have any affect either way on your GPA TESC gives only Pass fail and they only use courses through them for the GPA. Some schools require a minimum score on CLEP/DSST and they go by the recommended B scores which are published.

I think your most important grades would be the ones you got in the in seat lab science courses.

Uexcel is ACE. They aren't treated as residency credits at Excelsior; therefore, they don't fall under their accreditation. Some schools might not know this, but some do. TESC, COSC, and Central Texas College definitely know and will check for current ACE evaluation.

Thanks for the clarification! I'd personally still rank it over most ACE options since some schools (like COSC) will recognize the grade and I'd rather have an Excelsior Brand than something like StraighterLine.

Slight Bump. What do people think of Straighterline for non pre reqs for premed @ COSC, where they use it to calculate it for your GPA?
