Testing out does not usually have any affect either way on your GPA TESC gives only Pass fail and they only use courses through them for the GPA. Some schools require a minimum score on CLEP/DSST and they go by the recommended B scores which are published.
I think your most important grades would be the ones you got in the in seat lab science courses.
