I recently finished the cornerstone course with Charter Oak and started planning out how to complete the remaining few classes for my bachelors. During this process I realized I had everything finished for an Associates so my advisor sent me the paperwork and I added one to my plan. I was aware the addition wouldn't be processed till the semester was over (not sure why but that is their policy) and then I would have to apply for graduation at least 3 months out from the next graduation date. Well the associates was added last Thursday and I paid the graduation fee and completed the application last Friday.
To my very pleasant surprise I received an email this morning from the registrar saying they received my application and everything was good to go for the May 31 graduation!!! I double checked with my advisor and she confirmed it was correct and that I will be awarded an associates of science this coming Sunday.:hurray::willynilly:
Not sure if I slipped through the cracks or maybe caught someone in a cheerful mood. Either way I'm excited to have something officially showing my educational progress and growth.

Congratulations!! It is always nice to get a reward along the way so you get a little nudge to keep going. getting it earlier then you expected is another boost.

Thanks for the support gang!
I know everyone always says it...but I really couldn't have done this without the forum. From Straighterline, ALEKS, and TEEX to waivers for certain requirements, this forum really helped me achieve this milestone.

Posters here always have favorable things to write about COSC's customer service. This is a wonderful example. Congratulations.
