Which school is he attending? I don't recall any of the Big 3 having a nutrition requirement for business degrees.

if his school requires nutrition, they'll dictate what counts. If it has a require prefix of "nutrition, science, or biology" then the health exam will fall outside that requirement. The TESC exam has a biology prefix. I took it when I was a student at TESC. As long as you use the text they suggest it's very doable.
