I signed up for my IC access, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to proceed. I found all the questions for the different subjects, but is there something I'm supposed to read and study first, or do I just proceed with the questions, get them right or wrong, and then read the resulting explanations?

You don't have to "answer" the questions- use the flash cards to study. As you get more proficient, you can start to "answer" if you like. Visit the specific exam feedback section for the test you are considering, and use any additional tips provided by others who have taken the exam recently. Schedule your exam and GO!
