I took the Clep General Math today as well as the DSST Intro to world religions. I walked out of that Math test feeling pretty low, I won't know if I passed for 6 weeks or so. I think there was a solid block of 10 questions that I totally spaced on. It was like looking at a foreign language! I took this one last year, and got a 49. Maybe I will have to hit it again in 6.
Still this is a pretty critical Clep to pass, as I will have my AAS as soon as I get a passing grade, and will submit my papers to ECE for my Bachelors.
On the flip, I felt very confident about the Intro WR.
Anyone else ever get this feeling after a CLEP?

I think that many people have that sense of doubt and dread just after completing their exams, but can find immediate relief when clicking the "score button" on via the CBT program. I would hate to have waited 6 weeks.

I've been taking my tests through Strayer (where I'm completing my Bachelors) and their CLEP testing is online - you get the results back within moments of closing out of the test.... it's a nice thing...
In the old days, I took my CLEPS and such through the Navy and had to wait and wait...
Cleps I've taken successfully so far:
English Comp
Math
Science
Humanities
Social Sciences and History
ACT Fundamentals of Nursing (10 credits)

Let's see...I felt that way when I took the College Math test, but I ended up squeaking by with a 51...praise Jesus!! I felt that way about a month ago when I failed the Natural Sciences with a 48, then again this past Friday when I failed Biology with a 48. In order to build up my confidence again quick-like, I passed the Principles of Marketing today with no prior study with a 66. :-)

sometimes for the math exams ...i would admitt its just better to take a class at a community college for those subject areas....
i mean 3 months is alot less than 6 months....
