People say Sophia's Intro World Religions course satisfies the same requirement as the Greek and Roman one. If not, Straighterline has a World Civilization class that fulfills the requirement. Not sure if Study's World Civilization would work.
Sophia's Human Anatomy, Biology, Env Science and Nutrition all transfer to UoP's Health major courses. There doesn't seem to be verified info if Study's Health courses transfer, but might be worth giving it a shot.

Thank you very much for the reply.
I will try from Sofia's what you told me.
But I wanted to know if the laboratories are also needed?
I am not 100% sure, but the lab course can be done in a day, they return grades for the 2 projects very quickly.
Here is a screenshot of the Sophia courses I did that were 100% accepted by the university. Still working on other courses in the hopes I can transfer them and speed things up.
