Pls let me know soon so that i can get started. I would appreciate ur help. Thanks in advance. English composition and freshman english composition - NAP - 04-06-2009 Welcome to the forum! Sorry, I can't help you with this test. With an IC membership, you will get complete access to the Specific Exam Feedback. Like Marshall said: http://www.degreeforum.net/general-education-testing-discussion/6898-has-anyone-used-instantcert-lately-3.html?highlight=platinum#post53639 You get complete access to the website with either membership. You can save some money by buying a longer (Platinum) subscription, which just depends on your needs. English composition and freshman english composition - Ruddigore - 04-06-2009 I recommend getting a hold of a Peterson's guide (the general exam book has an excellent review section for the English CLEP) and reading Strunk & White's Elements of Style, an excellent starting place for enjoying grammar. English composition and freshman english composition - kingbodonti - 04-06-2009 IC Standard costs $20 per month. Platinum is $108 for six months. No other difference. With Platinum you save $12 if you think you you will use their service of six months. English composition and freshman english composition - thatbrian - 04-06-2009 Join IC, and then check the specific exam feedback section. You won't be sorry; best money I ever spent. English composition and freshman english composition - Levi - 04-21-2009 Try out the Comex guide for English Comp. The first stop for CLEP, GED, SAT, GRE & GMAT material. Also, Cracking the CLEP from Princeton Review is good as well. English composition and freshman english composition - jonvon2 - 04-21-2009 When do you take the test and can you let us know how you did? Thanks English composition and freshman english composition - Ashu - 04-25-2009 I have not taken it but surely i wil let u know how i did on exam. English composition and freshman english composition - frankiebleyes - 04-26-2009 This is an exam that you really need to be familiar with sentence structure and grammer. I recommend getting an english text and brushing up on those sections. Also, there is a part of the exam about referencing MLA and APA style. That really was a complete surprize to me. One piece of advice, if your text turns upside down like mine did, stop the test and make them notify clep so that you can take the exam again sooner than six months. I went ahead and took mine upside down and failed by one point. No excuses, my choice. I've now got my english through straighterline and local cc (they let me test out of english 102 -- quite to my surprise and I passed), so I am through with freshman english requirement. Best of luck on your test. |
