Pell Grant??? - midnite123 - 03-05-2025 Hi, If you receive a Pell Grant for $7,000, But your college costs are say $4,000, do you keep the extra $3,000 for Housing, and other expenses like computers? THANK YOU!!! RE: Pell Grant??? - bjcheung77 - 03-05-2025 Pretty much, it all depends on what your institution says, they do the allocation of funds. RE: Pell Grant??? - RaiponceRapunzel - 03-07-2025 This was over 12 years ago, but when I attended Valencia College and the University of Florida every semester the Financial Aid office issued refunds to students. Meaning if tuition, books, fees, housing, etc was covered and there was left over money, students received the excess money as a refund. If you aren’t sure, check with Fafsa or your school’s financial aid office. |
