Free Coursera for Californians - ashkir - 03-21-2023 Californians can get free Coursera via Coursera | California State Libraries (c4b-integration.com) You must be a California resident to sign up. But, there's no real check. It is noted they may check your name against the California library database now/then. The state will get full access to all grades, progress, etc on Coursera. They told me today at the circulation desk the cards expire after three years if you don't renew them. It's great while it lasted, hopefully something Coursera and EdX can partner with other companies or stick with their current partners and make a similar program for everyone, even if there is a small charge for products and services... |
