NYU Dual Degree: MA or MS plus MS Library Science - bjcheung77 - 10-11-2022

Just came across this degree, it seems like a very interesting one for those who want to get into Library Science and become a librarian. Usually, one of these programs are 30-36 credits each, but it seems if you're going for a dual degree, they'll skip the electives for both, so you can finish with just 52 credits for both schools (not universities as mentioned in the article).

A bit too expensive for me, anyone know of inexpensive online options similar to this? I usually look for double degrees that can be done similarly but at a more affordable price point instead. Oh, and this program doesn't seem to be online/distance ed, it's butt-in-seat. ALA has a searchable database of ALA-accredited programs, which you can filter for 100% online and dual degree options: https://www.ala.org/CFApps/lisdir/index.cfm

Oh right, thanks, I keep forgetting about that ALA database as they're the main accreditation body for these programs.
