College is already too expensive. Books can cost $750 a semester. They need to be cheaper. I think Pearson have a hard time finding anyone to empathize with them not making money on books they've already profited from. The used textbook market is an absolute joke and has been for eons. Here's $3 on a book you spent $115 on and we'll turn it around and sell if for $100 as a used book. |
