Graduation Application for multiple degrees? - elenlushk - 12-12-2021
Hi everyone, I'm submitting for March graduation by this month, and was wondering if anyone has advice on how best to submit for graduation with three degrees:
I already finished all degree requirements for the ASNSM in Biology and ASNSM in Computer Science, just doing my BUS-421 capstone for BSBA-GM in nov term ending in Jan.
- I know i am supposed to apply for graduation for one degree in the OSS, and the second one through the Second Area of Study/Degree Request Form. Just want to double-check if I am putting the third one through the request form as well and if there are additional charges or a specfic order I'm supposed to do this in?
- Also, I know I need to pay the residency waiver, I just contact the student account financial department for that right? Is that before or after the graduation application is submitted?
These are the degrees I have with TESU:
BSBA in General Management
ASNSM in Biology
ASNSM in Computer Science

According to the form, "there is no graduation audit fee for a second area of study/degree" and "there is no fee for this addition as long as both degrees are complete and certified for the same graduation date."
I'm wondering why you're going for the ASNSM in Computer Science instead of a second area of study for the BSBA. Not enough upper-level credits?

Here are the steps you need to take in order to graduate all 3 degrees in hand...
The instructions are here, Link: https://www.tesu.edu/current-students/graduation-information
You email TESU Academic advising to verify you have all 3 programs in your programs list
1) Go into OSS and apply for graduation for your BSBA General Management degree only
2) Using the link above, click the Second Degree Program or Second Area of Study and sign up for an ASNSM CS & Math double AOS
3) Pay all your fees and wait for approval of all 3 programs and you're good to go!

Thank you! I'm a little bit confused with step 2- by signing up for an ASNSM CS & Math double AOS, do I do the second degree form twice??? or how do I do double AOS on the form?

When you fill the form, it will have only 1 question: Please enter your Degree and/or Second Area of Study
Enter exactly that, ASNSM Computer Science and Math Double Area of Study
