TESU BA Environmental Studies - JerseyDan - 08-28-2019

Good day all,
I am in my 3rd year at TESU and just about 90 credits in. My question is, so far I have not found any other students working towards a BA in Environmental Studies.
This is a highly specialized degree program and I am curious to see what classes people are choosing. I pretty much have the remainder of my 10 classes planned out.

how awesome would it be to be the first to graduate with this degree?

Have any of you bumped into another BA. ENVIR student?

What are the other 10 courses you plan to take?

What, if any, credits have you been able to obtain through Alternative Methods for the AOS?

Big Grin  It would be nice to compare with someone what classes are being taken. I guess I'm a trailblazer.

Just off the top of my head:
Chem with lab, Bio with lab, Environmental science, Environmental sustainability,

I have quite a few lower level credits from my active duty career, maybe 46 or so. I took a few CLEP tests which were so much easier than actual classes. I might have to take a couple classes at Rutgers U or a community college because TESU does not offer them.

Seems like we're on a similar path I just need to finish chemistry (ugh), the two Environmental courses TESU has cant remember the name and the capstone.

I will probably end up taking the chem with lab through TESU. You have to pay an extra $250 or something to buy a home lab kit. I'm a little weary of it, but people have said its not too bad.

I'll probably go through nmjc I did their bio I and II w/lab. It was pretty straightforward and easy. I'll look into the chem class to see if it's a similar format.
