I continue to be charged after submitting a cancellation request to webmaster@instacert.com. I can't find any other method of contacting IC. Any ideas how to cancel or get refunds? I'd hate to do a bank charge back but I'm also not willing to pay for IC for months after I need it...

I'm not sure if the moderators have access, but I think the webmasters/admins might.

I was able to cancel last week by sending a message to the help desk through the IC website.
