Its all essays all the time at NCU in most cases.
The reason is there is no class to attend or tests to take.
The syllabus lists 11 graded essays and thats it. I don't necessarily like writing that much but some of these essays are short and focused. Some are just answering 4 questions after reading a 2 page case study. Once you have your intro and conclusion paragraph, you basically have a short answer paragraph per question with citations.
Those small essays make up about half the course work and the rest of them are a little longer. The final one is what I consider long at 13 pages but it is worth 30% of the course grade.

I just uploaded my last paper for grading. I am unofficially done with MGT5019 Business Ethics at NCU!
I started this course Monday March 14 and it took about 23 days to complete.
I took no time off from my full time job to complete this course, relying on mornings nights and weekends to finish all 11 papers.
Now that I am familiar with APA style paper writing and the NCU process, I could complete a similar course in as little as 3 weeks flat.
I just registered for the next course, SKS5000 Strategic Knowledge Studies which requires me to write powerpoint presentations and read large volumes of text so we will see how quickly I can make it through this course.

Thanks guys! I'm excited but I haven't received a final grade yet. Fingers crossed I stay above 94% for an A.
I do have APA down pretty well. Each paper I submit I am told something new about the APA style but they are things I should have known already. Last comment was that I don't need to put the year of the publication in in-text citations more than once.
Eg:
According to Randell (2007), the social environment of business is ever changing. Randell states, "Business is in a constant flux" (p. 454).
You don't need to do this:
Randell (2007) states, "blah blah blah" (p. 454).
The 2007 can be omitted. You can also say. According to the author instead of Randell.

Ok the final grade is in and I have a 98% for the class! Woot!
I deserve it for getting up at 3:30 AM this week to finish my paper!
I am now in the midst of the second class and will be submitting my first real assignment tomorrow morning after I review it.
