I believe the latest Student Guide to Credit by Exam also mentions being awarded up to 33 credits for a GRE, which is probably the Math GRE, since the major now requires 33 credits.

I'm glad I came back and read this...I am heading to check out ALEKS right now. From my college days (years ago), I have Applied Calculus & Analytical Geometry & Calculus. Can I take Intro to Stats through ALEKS and go back and take something in the area of Algebra to finish up a depth?

Stats will count as 1 of the math courses under the level of Calculus that EC will accept. Unless you have those filled already (and you'd have to check with EC as far as what courses that the math credit that you already have would count towards, just in case they list one or more of them as below Calc, and then you'd be duplicating credits, a waste of time and money.)

You said in the other thread that you called EC today. Did you ask about this?
I do not know if Calculus and Applied Calculus would be duplicate.
I do not know if they really let you go backwards to get more math credits. (I am going to try it.) I did take College Algebra a long time ago and then College Math CLEP last month. On my unofficial evaluation, they did not mention having a problem with this. You would also want to know this, since you may be able to get a few more easy math credits using the below calculus rule called the Math Restriction.

I did not ask, but I'm guessing that since it's all transfer credit that going backwards wouldn't be a problem. The only thing I don't know is how "low" you could go to pick something up. I sorta asked this just now on the other thread.
