You're currently an enrolled student, just email academic advising to inquire about the TECEPS and residency.  If it's a "go" take the TECEPs that have "intro 1XX numbers" that will go into your degree, in fact, I would take TECEPs that correspond with a Sophia.org course that has several lengthy writing assignments/touchstones, an example is English I and II TECEPs, Public Speaking.

So, check out the TECEPs list and the Sophia.org list I linked you earlier, see which one has many touchstones and instead of that Sophia.org course, do the TECEPs for them.  Link: https://www2.tesu.edu/listalltecep.php | If you need an example spreadsheet, to see the full picture, BALS/BSBA Double Degree using 5 TECEPS as of Jan 2021: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19v67VXKpNSeHCqYszJN6HEX0yfaKEi69ZGa5eaFurS4/edit?usp=sharing

I'm getting push back, but then this was a general email. I'm going to set up an appointment with an advisor.
"Thank you for contacting the Office of Academic Advising. The Residency requirement (which is 16sh) can be met via online, guided study, and/or ePack course formats. TECEP exams will not count towards the residency requirement. You can track your progress vis-a-vis residency via your academic evaluation. If your scroll to the bottom of your academic evaluation, below the "Free Electives" you will see a notes section that tracks your progress for residency. "

During your appointment, confirm with them that you're still on the catalog year and that within the catalog, it mentions the 24 credit residency requirement can be done with TECEPs (for civilians and non military). Once they verify, they'll either approve or reject the policy... until then, you should start with the alternative provider Sophia.org and get some credits.

This is a written policy in their catalog. I'm going to push HARD on this.

Hahaha... you saved a whopping grand right there!  Here's your first and only step you need to take, follow this WIKI to the T and it'll get you the degree. First and foremost, get a second monitor for multi-tasking, sign up for Sophia.org using the BTS22 coupon code (ASAP, before Sept 15) and work on all the non proctored courses (up to 90+ credits in 2-3 months).  There are links you need to do them in order:

BSBA Core courses: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sample_TESU_Business_Core_Roadmap
BSBA GM requirements https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sample_TESU_BSBA_General_Management_Degree_Plan

Edit to Add: Oh, you didn't get the screenshot of the "Other/Notes" section at the bottom.  That's the critical component missing, it'll tell you if you're part of the group that can take all alternative credit courses OR if you need to take the 30RA credits.  You should really copy/paste that last portion into a reply or update your post.  It may determine to stay with TESU or go to UMPI or another degree provider such as Excelsior University.

I wonder if they will waive the 30 credits!? I am on the 2016/2017 catalog and my enrollment has never lapsed. However, I didn't have 90 credits evaluated when they started requiring the 30 RA credits so they added the 90 credit limit to my evaluation.

@Midnightsky7, I don't think they'll waive the 30 credits, you can try to get it waived but there's most likely going to be a pushback and rejection, do you have a recent academic evaluation done? If you do, save it to a PDF or a screenshot to your Onedrive or Google Drive, PM me the link (remove personal details) and I'll review the details in your evaluation, "other/notes" as well...

They can add anything they want to your eval - but they can't change the catalog.  So I'm going to find the old 2016 catalog and check the policies there.

Escalated up to the Registrar and they are not budging. I'm just going to take the Sophia credits and sign up with U of Maine. I want to get this over with

So, this is in regard to the 24 credit residency requirements for the TECEPs? You can always get the "flat rate tuition" to get the required residency done. Since you have the cornerstone waived, you can take easy courses or e-packs along with the Capstone to finish the degree...
