I ve got response on the topic of TOEFL from TESU.
So in case if someone will bring even 90 credit hours to TESU through various providers, they will still ask you to present TOEFL.
But if you are internation student who obtained online degree from regionally accredited USA university you will not need  TOEFL.
If it makes any sense.

Hi Cofffeee, this is interesting.
Did TESU specify if it has to be a bachelor? Or an associate degree (obviously RA accredited) may be sufficient to "waive" TOEFL?

Hi there
I do believe it should be enough for them. But i suggest to email them to be 100% sure. I guess as long as its regionally USA accredited- it will do
