I did try a year ago to deal with UMA twice and found them very poor to deal with.:willynilly:

My Google-fu is failing me as typing in second bachelors often leads to catalogs about policy versus programs. Anyway, I found U of Maine interesting. They offer affordable out of state rates just slightly higher than in state. Some may find this of interest. If you guys know of other please post.

Good to know. Some brick and mortar online arms are probably less "customer" focused especially if it not an initiative from higher administration to grow it. Just sniffing around looking for answers on the website supports yours comment to some extent. Still looks like good and somewhat affordable degrees. Hope someone finds it helpful.
