Question. 30 credit second bachelors?
#1
Hi,

Does anyone know of any good schools that have an option to transfer in 90 credits or have most of the gen ed classes checked off and essentially do 10 courses for a second bach outside of the big three? I am prefering an online brick and mortar state school if possible. Prehaps we can create a list. Here is what I have found so far:

1. Umass second bach in IT online
2. CSU global BS IT (I just dont like the global name unfortunately)
3. UMUC
4. UW Milwaukee second bach in Info Science
5. Oregon State U second bach in Computer Science

Im open to hearing if others know of more second bach programs in any major again preferably from a state school.

They're both part of state systems that have B&M member schools, but yeah I agree; they themselves aren't B&M

I agree to your point on CSU and UMUC. I stated earlier the "global" aspect is not that appealing. However, they both have a reputable state university system attached to them. I guess the name game is the issue....or not prehaps. That is a hold other thread topic.

Champlain College allows 90 transfer credits in their online programs. If you are Active Military or Fed Gov the price is as low as 133 a SH. They also have partnerships with other orgs and companies.

So I found the U of Maine Augusta offers some second degree options in public admin, cybersecurity and few other programs. My Google-fu is failing me as typing in second bachelors often leads to catalogs about policy versus programs. Anyway, I found U of Maine interesting. They offer affordable out of state rates just slightly higher than in state. Some may find this of interest. If you guys know of other please post.

Probably not very cheap compared to other schools people posted but SUNY Albany allows 90credits transferred in and you have to take 30 From SUNY to graduate.
