Seems like I am a year or to late on having a easier and cheaper degree. SO sad FEMA and low cast waiver. Still much less than local schools.
TESU tuition is very high, so almost no one on this forum takes any courses from them except the capstone if required (non-business majors). We all get our courses/exams done, and transfer everything in.
The $2,000 can't be paid until you apply for graduation. That's when TESU knows that you've transferred in all of your credits and aren't taking 16cr through them.
Yes, you're a few months late on the residency waiver thing, and a few years late on FEMA - but, there have also been multiple things added to make it even easier to get your degree (Saylor, Shmoop, ATCFL, more SL courses, Study.com, and CSU-Global). There are more BSBA's you can test completely out of than ever, and more UL courses available now than there were before. Good and Bad.

Just discovered Schmoop, I was wondering for the 24 hour free trial, do they let you access the ACE recommended courses? I was interested in trying to get 3 GE credits but not sure if they'll you get those credits on a free trial.

Good Luck Trying to complete a course in 24 hours. The questions to tests aren't googleable you actually have to do the work. I guess if you sit there the whole time and have an already decent grasp on History then maybe. I don't know if anyone has been able to complete a course in 24hour trial time and have them review it for ACE but your more then welcome to try. If you do try this I recommend trying Modern European History, it was the shortest and the easiest one by far.
Note: This isn't a slander post in anyway, just trying to let you know the courses are much much harder then people think. They don't ask "real" history questions like who did this, or why did this person do this. I hated every second of the the first two courses.

Thanks for the tip. Figured I might try my luck since I have the holiday off tomorrow and since the trial is free I thought I'd just spend the whole day to work on it and see if i could knock it out. Just didn't want to wAnt to waste my time in the event if I did finish it and pass, but couldn't put it on my ACE transcript if I canceled after the trial.

Correct, based on my other thread regarding SL courses towards my AS, curious how this would fit in? Also trying to determine the subscription plans, $87.68 college plan vs $24.68 monthly plan.

If you want them to give you ACE-approved credits, you have to use the $87.68 college plan. The cheaper plan won't give you college credits (it's marketed to middle and high school).
The problem with the Shmoop literature courses is that they take a very long time and it's extremely easy to get bogged down. Do you need to take an online course or could you just take the CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature?

I'm not really dedicated to any one course yet, was going to take SL and knock out everything I need for an AS. I do not have a CLEP testing center near me except for Phoenix and they charge a significant amount for each test.
