I know this will be a very specific niche. But wanted to share something I just discovered.
If you ever considered getting a certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), If you are a student, membership is only $32 per year, versus $164 per year. Then regular price each year if you renew. I am planning on getting my PMP this year too, so I just signed up to save money on the membership. I will get access to the PMBOK guide to study and other PDU classes. By being a member the certification will cost $425 instead of $675.
When I went to sign up it asked for my name and what school and did an instant verification and I just paid my $32, plus $10 for local chapter yearly fee.
Their certifications are geared towards: Project Managers, Program Managers, Risk Management Professionals, Business Analysts, etc.

I reached the conditions necessary to get ASU online for free. So I applied. Not sure if I will actually bother with yet another degree but just wanted to test the process and see how credits transfer. The fee is waived for applications through their partners (such as Starbucks and Uber). I applied for the organizational leadership and Project Management major because I wanted to see how much of the major requirements would be met by my ORGL classes from ETAMU.
What I found so far is all the gen eds are automatically marked complete if you already have a bachelors. I’ll update when they finish evaluating all my credits.

Good Afternoon, maybe I missed this but I believe I'm ready to apply. I submitted information to your pace to start the application. But I wanted to start getting my ducks in a row as well. Obviously I know how to get my High school Transcript, but how do I get Sophia credits ready to trasnfer? I swore I read a article on it but I can't find it.
Little information about myself, yes just a copy and paste from a post i made a little bit ago.
Good Afternoon, I read a bunch of content and I guess I want validation/verification before I start on my journey in some aspect or another.
First thing first....
Your Location: North Carolina
Your Age:35
What kind of degree do you want?: Not leaning one way or another, I was looking at liberal arts/studies with a minor in project management
Budget: 35 year old, i've done well in my life. So not stressed about money
Commitments: I travel for work acting as a Project Manager. I do plan review, but have a lot of down time in hotels
Dedicated time to study: I would say 4-5 hours a day, weekends all day. No kids.
Timeline: Honestly no Timeline, but i'm a big pusher just to get things over with. I don't procrastinate till i'm almost done with something lol.
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: I haven't looked in to it.
I've been pushing Sophia a lot, and per Sophia I have 122 credits. I've been following Plottedpath guide for a degree in Bachelor of Liberal Studies In Management and Project Management.
I can make a spread sheet on the classes I took if anyone wanted to verify infomation. But if not then I just used Plottedpath and highlighted the items green as I did them.
