Healthcare Administration Certificate? |

Does anyone know of an accredited (NA or RA) certificate or graduate certificate in Healthcare Administration for relatively cheap. I have a friend who is looking to pivot to management, but has a degree in an unrelated subject.
She is NOT looking for a full up MHA or MBA-health.
Her soft ceiling for cost is 5,000 but she will go up to 7,500 if a program comes with any management credentials or licenses.
If she can't find anything cheap, she will probably just do the HAU MBA.

Have a relative who is an adult learner who does not do well with CLEP test taking. She is looking to begin a summer term through a university and needs English Comp I quickly.
Would you suggest Study.com, Straighterline or Sophia?
I've had a high school junior/senior who has done the questions part of sophia but not the written papers so don't have any knowledge of how Sophia papers are for English Comp I vs Straighterline to be able to give any advice.
I hadn't considered Study.com but with their new pricing tier this is a competitive option pricing wise but again I'm unfamiliar with the workload.
Any opinions, information, comments welcome

Update Sophia Visual Communications |

Visual Communications at Sophia Learning now has 1 Touchstone. (It's too bad, that was a great easy starter course to get feet wet. To be honest, with Sophia adding Touchstones left and right and SDC's College Starter plan very competetively priced, if Sophia was a publicly traded company, I would not put my savings into it at this point. Just my 2 cents.)
Please update the Wiki, anybody! Thanks.

Study.com College saver- Excelsior Cornerstone |

Hi Everyone. I trust that you are well. Two questions.
I am enrolled for the Bsc in business through Excelsior, transferring 113 credits in. I am starting with the Cornerstone and Information Literacy course next Monday. Can anyone give me a heads up on how that course is (IND301 Cornerstone B Pathways)? How difficult is it? Round about how many hours should I look at dedicating to it weekly as I work full time. What is the general layout of the course?
Second question, I am finishing off my last upper level courses on study.com. I had enrolled for 5, wrote 2 exams and now it is asking me for $70 per additional exam? I thought being on the College saver plan meant you could complete up to 5 courses without any additional payment required? I emailed study.com two days ago but have not received a response as yet. Has anyone encountered that on the college saver plan?

Navigating UNISA-University of South Africa |

Anyone here with tips/warnings on navigating application and carrying out a distance master or doctoral program at UNISA?
To an American accustomed to rolling admissions and accommodating, quick help the interface and requirements look like something out of 1959, and even professors I've e-mailed there say it is a bit slow and hard-to-follow and they 'have no real clue.'
It looks like a nightmare of:
>S-l-o-w responses
>Deadlines
>Strange certifications of paperwork
>Publication requirements
Any UNISA graduates here with tips?
Thanks...
