I'm trying to figure out where they would put these on my transcript so that I can plan my next steps. I Just did the free sophia course (developing effective teams) and the NFA (community safety educator) one.
I need 0.67 Free Elective and a lot of Gen Ed Electives.....will either of these be applied to Gen Ed?
wondering what they did with them on other people's transcripts.....and if I should take the other NFA one if my free electives are all done.

They're all in the Free Electives section, as they're not General Education (Arts - Humanties/Social Science or Science).
Only exception is the BSBA (Business degree), they will be placed into the AOS as MAN electives.

I thought FEMA is not accepted by TESU.
And after searching for NFA (community safety educator), it came under the FEMA web site.
am I missing something here.

The NFA course you took comes in as FIS-391, so a Free Elective (even if you're a business major).
The other NFA course comes in as HRM-331, and is a Free Elective unless you are a business major, in which case it will come into the AOS (although it duplicates the regular Human Resources Management course).
The Sophia course comes in as HRM-299, so again, it's a Free Elective unless you are a business major.

These particular courses are ACE-approved. The rest of the FEMA courses aren't.

So if I take the human resource course thru study.com I wouldn't want to do NFA course?

Correct. It's duplicate credit.

I was going to do the study.com class because I need HR management for the BSBA HR. But maybe I should do NFA instead? How many credits is it?

It's only 1cr for NFA. Take the Study.com course if you need 3cr.
