COSC Gen Ed Skills/Knowledge Waiver Request

Can you use this waiver for Charter oak capstone requirement: "Strategic Management" ? i've already taken this course with Penn foster? if i provide that i'm proficient in this area, can this also be a class thats waived?

"Strategic Management" is not a Gen Ed or a knowledge area. The capstone is more than a course, it's a residency requirement, and it cannot be waived.

Thanks to this thread, I knew about the waiver process. I had a sailor of mine submit a waiver for the Ethics requirement. It got approved. Our command requires us to do annual ethics training courses online. He submitted his documentation for all the courses he had to do, and it got approved in a reasonable time period. The waiver does work for more than just Oral Communication.
