If you already have a StraighterLine subscription, or are planning to get one, their intro to religion course also fulfills the information literacy requirement and is one of their inexpensive courses at only $45, with a textbook that's about $20 used from amazon.

I took the TECEP, passed it easily without a second of studying. Very easy test.
