tesc and straighterline

Does anyone know if you finish a course at straighterline if TESC will give you the grade you earned or give you a pass or fail?

If you take a straighterline course and get a grade that is transcribed from one of the partner schools TESC gives you the grade, but if it is ACE, it is past or failed. It really doesn't matter because your GPA is reported only on their transcript if you take TESC courses and graduate from TESC.

Sorry i still don't understand this. I want to send my 900/1000 plus scores to tesc and see an A on my tesc transcript. Is this possible and if so do I do that directly from SL to tesc or do i need to run them through some other school and then to tesc?

Newish myself but every course I have had a transcript for and sent to TESC comes in as a pass and is not part of my GPA calculation. They seem to calculate your GPA on your TESC courses only. Also if you are going for an honors program there is a certain number of credits that need to be taken at TESC as well - it varies by degree.

Note the grade will not affect your TESC GPA but it will appear on your transcript.

For a grade you need to first have the SL courses transcribed to FHSU (Fort Hays State University). The cost to apply is $30. Once the courses are transcribed 7-10 days you request a transcript sent from FHSU to TESC. The first 3 transcripts per semester are free, so I sent one to TESC and two to myself. As long as you do not open the sealed envelope you can use the transcripts later.
